Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every new organization gets 30 days of Starter for free, with no credit card. A counter in the Studio shows the days left. When the trial ends we keep collecting your data, and you choose a plan to see it again.
Are there limits on events or websites?
No. Every plan tracks unlimited events and websites. You pay per user, not per event.
Do MCP calls or insight generations cost extra?
No. MCP tool calls and insight generations are included on every plan and are not metered. Custom insights, written from your own prompt, are available on Max.
Which plan includes email sending?
Pro and Max. Pro includes 10k emails per month and Max 100k; emails above that are billed at $2 per 1,000 in the next cycle. Starter covers web analytics without email sending.
How are seats counted?
Each member of your organization is a seat. Starter is $9.99, Pro $20 and Max $100 per seat per month, and the seat count follows your members automatically.
Do you offer annual billing?
Plans are billed monthly by default. Contact hello@usereachout.com for annual or custom agreements.
Where is my data stored?
All data management is GDPR-compliant and hosted in the EU, served globally from the edge. Reach Out Labs GmbH operates under Swiss FADP and EU GDPR. Data residency can be pinned to a specific EU region on Enterprise.
Do you have an SLA?
Paid plans inherit the platform's standard availability guarantees. Enterprise includes a written SLA, SSO, and dedicated per-tenant infrastructure.
How do I cancel?
Click Manage Billing in the Studio and cancel in one click. We do not pro-rate refunds, but your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period.
